It seems some members of the sales staff claim that all SPA units have ocean views, and Actionslax wanted to see it that calim is true. He felt the angle of the buildings would prohibit ocean views in GL Towers IV A and B. What do you think?

The buildings are angled relative to each other. The decks in Grand Luxxe Tower IV A face north and south, while they face noth east and south west in Tower IV B.
We can see the ocean from Actionslax's photo. Basically, the ocean is on the left hand side of the SPA Tower decks. Take a look at the views from the 8th floor deck in Grand Luxxe Tower III B.

Therefore, the claim that the SPA decks will have ocean views is true.
However, when most of us are told we will have an ocean view, we think of it as straight on, unless we are told the view will be to the side of the deck. Consequently, there could be room for misunderstanding unless we all look at the positioning of the buildings and project on our own what the view would be like.
The buildings are where they are, so it is difficult for us to imagine a straight on view from buildings that are almost a half mile from the ocean.
The SPA Towers Pools Update
The SPA Pools will be located between the Ameca River and Grand Luxxe Towers IV A and B. Actionslax sent us all a photographic update. Pool construction is progressing. Nuevo Vallarta and East Cape Plans
Actionslax photographed the updated plan images that appear in the sales office. They provide a great overview of what's to come. For example, the SPA Towers will be surrounded by water and lakes.
